IOCL Recruitment 2020: Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification & Age Limit

Candidates can check the educational qualification for different trades or disciplines in the Detailed Notification given here. The age limit of the candidate should be between 18 to 24 years of age as on November 30, 2020, for General / EWS candidates. Relaxation of upper age limit to SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/PwBD candidates shall be extended as per Govt. guidelines.

IOCL Recruitment 2020: Duration of Apprentice Training

  • For all disciplines: 12 months
  • For Trade Apprentice – Data Entry Operator (Fresher Apprentices) & Trade Apprentice – Data Entry Operator (Skilled Certificate Holders): 15 months

IOCL Recruitment 2020: Selection Process

Selection shall be on the basis of performance of the candidates on the basis of marks get in the Written Test (Duration 90 Minutes) and meeting notified eligibility criteria. The Written Test will comprise of 100 questions with Objective Type Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) consisting of four option with one correct option. The topics would be bilingual i.e. English & Hindi.
